Cold-resistant, elastobituminous restoration of an old bituminous membrane
PROBLEM:
Water infiltration due to problems resulting from inefficient, damaged or absent waterproofing.
SOLUTION:
In these cases we can carry out the waterproofing directly by adhering to the existing bituminous membrane, avoiding the costly dismantling of the same using the Icopas system.
CAUSE:
Problems of existing roof waterproofing consisting of bitumen-polymer membranes.
RESULT:
Restoration of the existing covering by creating an elastic-bituminous waterproof layer of high elasticity and resistance to crack-bridging, resistance to UV rays, resistant to water stagnation and hail.

Icopas: the liquid waterproofing membrane consisting of selected high-quality bitumen, modified with latest-generation polymers, with high mechanical performance and very high elasticity, down to – 50°C.
1. Icopas P
1a. In the presence of a bituminous slated membrane, Icopas P allows perfect priming of the substrate.
1b. On a smooth bituminous membrane, priming is not required.
2. Icopas
Double-coat application of the product by simply using tools such as a brush, roller, or smooth trowel.
3. Icoarm TNT Roll
Reinforcement element between the first and second coat of Icopas.
4. Icoall / Icoprot
Protective finishing element after the second coat of Icopas.
