Incorrect stratigraphy underlying the waterproofing and/or incorrect execution of the various substrates.

Water infiltrations due to damage to the covering or screed of concrete slopes.

Double coat application of the product through the simple use of tools such as roller, brush or airless spray.

Reinforcement fabric between the first and second coat of Keep Dry.
4. Topflex + piastrelle
C2TES1 cementitious adhesive and direct bonding of the flooring.
