Rapid restoration of an old smooth (unprotected) bituminous membrane using the HPC system
PROBLEM:
Water infiltration due to problems resulting from inefficient, damaged or absent waterproofing.
SOLUTION:
In these cases we can waterproof directly adhering to the existing bituminous membrane avoiding the costly dismantling of the membrane using the keep-dry system.
CAUSE:
problems of existing roof waterproofing made up of bitumen-polymer membranes.
RESULT:
Restoration of the existing covering by creating a colored waterproof layer of high elasticity and resistance to crack-bridging, resistance to UV rays, resistant to water stagnation and hail.

1. Keep Dry
1a. In the presence of a bituminous slated membrane, Keep Dry, specifically diluted with Icodil Sx, allows perfect priming of the substrate.
1b. On a smooth bituminous membrane, priming is not required.
2. Keep Dry
Double-coat application of the product using tools such as a roller, brush or airless spray.
3. Icoarm TNT Roll
Reinforcement fabric between the first and second coat of Keep Dry.
